Where been
Jess’s work has been displayed in galleries across the UK and Europe. Commercial commissions include Cancer Research, Ray Ban, Club 18-30, Adidas and Sainsbury’s but she’s also fond of taking portraits of celebrities as well as perfect strangers on beaches.
Why that
“I’m mad about air-cooled Porsches, and drive a 993. I’ve owned a few, and can’t imagine driving anything else. The rush that comes with going fast really does it for me – I’m a total adrenaline junkie.”
Who cares
Jess’s dad was a racing driver and put her in a go-cart at the age of five. She was pretty nifty, but didn’t like the ‘smelly paddock’ and cold weather. She was big into motorbikes a few years later, then steered herself in another direction (see what we did there?) swapping two wheels for four as a passion for Porsche developed. The 911, to be precise. When she’s not avoiding speed traps, Jess can be found on her snowboard. On the snow, obviously, not on the road.
